I will be providing Remote influencing talk therapy via microphone based interviews in my local area. I can also provide this form of talk therapy via online platforms in an albeit modified form of delivery.
I am rebuilding my own self confidence again. This solution will help me too. I created a Youtube video of myself talking via my mic. I felt a new level of confidence when I did this exercise. Google gemini thinks this idea will work and that it has potential.
